SoBAD Policies on Seminars/Events:
Unless otherwise stated, SoBAD seminars and other non-trial events include, but are not limited to, the following policies/guidelines.

Payment - Payment must be enclosed with registration.  Any checks that do not clear are subject to a $25 additional fee. Entries from non-members will be accepted first come, first served. The closing date for registration is stated in the flyer/notice for each specific event.  Any cancellations made until the closing date will receive a full refund.  After the closing date, a refund will be made only IF  another participant is available off the waiting list or is arranged by you to take your place and he or she submits a registration and full payment in time.  Seminar will be held regardless of weather, as long as the seminar presenter arrives.  Refunds would only apply if the seminar presenter were absent.

Auditors - We ask that auditors be careful not to interfere with participating team needs during course analysis, etc.  For an efficient flow, auditor question/answer periods may be grouped at intervals. Auditors are welcome to bring non-participating dogs. However, any non-participating dog barking excessively must be kept in the vehicle.

SoBAD Policy on Bitches in Heat at seminars - Un-spayed bitches may initially be registered for participation. Bitches in season at the time of the seminar must wear appropriate seasonals. However, at any time upon arrival or during the seminar, if any other participant feels that his or her dog is too distracted by a bitch in heat, then that participant must immediately speak to the event organizers. The event organizers will make a final determination whether or not the bitch should be withdrawn from the event and removed from the premises. At this point, the owner will receive a full refund AND will also have the option of auditing the day for free.
